ARM Cortex-M3, 100 MHz, 512 kB ROM, 128 kB RAM

The ECM3531 is an SoC realized with an Arm Cortex-M3 processor, a NXP CoolFlux DSP, 512KB of Flash, 192KB of SRAM and supporting peripherals. The ECM3531 is implemented using Eta Compute’s proprietary DIAL® (Delay Insensitive Asynchronous Logic) technology, dynamic voltage and frequency scaling and near threshold voltage operation and is intended to support ultra-low power edge AI, energy harvesting and IoT applications.
