MON390 Target MonitorMON390 is a full-featured, license-free, royalty-free target monitor designed for the Dallas Semiconductor DS80C390, DS80C400, and DS5240 microcontrollers. MON390 communicates with the µVision Debugger using one of the PC's COM port. MON390 helps you easily debug your target programs in real-time. You may view program symbols, debug using your source code, watch program variables, examine memory contents, and more! There are two components involved in debugging with a target monitor:
To help you get started quickly, MON390 comes preconfigured for a number of evaluation boards and single-board computers. Refer to the \KEIL\C51\MON390 folder for tested example configurations. Hardware Requirements
Software RequirementsMON390 is a program that is loaded into EPROM on your target hardware. When you use the monitor to debug, you download your target program into von Neumann RAM on your target system. MON390 may be configured to load your target program at any address. | ||||||||||
