Toshiba ARM Device Overview
Toshiba offer a wide range of MCU devices based on the ARM® Cortex™-M3 and ARM9™ processors
TX03 Series - Cortex-M3
- TMPM330 family
General purpose, low cost family, 40MHz operation, and up to 512K Nano Flash.
- TMPM360 family
Industrial application family, 64MHz, 2MB Nano Flash, and integrated USB Host and CAN.
- TMPM370 family
Motor control family features a H/W vector engine, 80MHz CPU, 256KB Nano Flash, and 5V operation.
- TMPM380 family
Industrial application series featuring 40MHz operation, 256KB Nano Flash, and 5V operation.
- TMPM390 family
Low power family with 1.7V operation, 20MHz CPU speed, and 128KB Nano Flash.
TX09 Series - ARM9
- TMPA910 family
200MHZ ARM926EJ-S based device family with integrated LCD controller, High-speed USB Device, SD Card Host Controller, and comprehensive connectivity options.
- TMPA900 family
Original ARM926EJ-S family for industrial, consumer, and multimedia applications.

Development Tools
The Toshiba TX03 and TX09 families are fully supported by the Keil development tools which provide a completete development environment for creating, debugging and verifying embedded applications.
