Product Family:

Select a microcontroller device family from the Product Family list to narrow the search results.

• Choose -- All Keil Product Families -- if you are not certain which product information you want to search.
• Choose ARM Products if you need information about an ARM product.
• Choose C16x, XC16x, and ST10 Products if you need information about a XC16x/C16x/ST10 product.
• Choose C251 and 80C251 Products if you need information about a C251 product.
• Choose Cx51 and 8051 Products if you need information about an 8051 product.

Using:

The Using options specify how the query is used to search for results.

• All of the Words Entered finds documents that include all words in the search text. Results are listed in order. Use this search to locate all articles that have all the words in your query.
• Any of the Words Entered finds documents that include any of the words in the search text. Results are listed in order. Use this search to locate all articles that have one or more of the words in your query.
• The Exact Phrase Entered finds documents that include the search text exactly as entered.  Use this search to locate all articles that include an exact phrase.
• A Boolean Expression finds documents that include the keywords you specify using the logical operators you provide. AND, OR, and NOT may be used to form complex search strings. For example: C51 AND NOT UVISION.

Modified:

The Modified options specify the age (last time modified) of the articles returned by the search.

Display:

The Display options select whether or not an excerpt from the article is displayed with the results of the search.

Search For:

Type the keywords to find in the Search For input field. Select any other advanced options that are required. Click the Search button to submit your query.

Categories:

You may select or clear categories or articles to include in the search results.

• Support Knowledgebase includes technical support knowledgebase articles that either describe a feature or describe how to perform a task.
• Application Notes includes lengthy application notes regarding the application of some principle or feature of the tools.
• Download Files includes example programs and other files available for download. These files are designed to help you get started with some aspect of embedded software development.
• Product Manuals includes pages from the product manuals.
• Device Datasheets includes vendor datasheets for the various microcontrollers supported by the Keil tools.
• Discussion Forum includes threads from the discussion forum. Frequently, the forum provides insight from a variety of software and hardware developers.
