File and Group Attributes
Icons in the windows Project and Manage Run-Time Environment visualize the attributes of files, groups, or Software Components and are valid within the context of a target.
Icons can reflect attribute combinations. The icons below show single attributes without being a complete list of all possible combinations.
Project window icons

Identifies the project. |

Identifies targets and file groups. |

Header file, image file, or documentation file. |

File not found. |
 |
File gets translated and linked. |
 |
Read-only items. This icon is common for files that are not configurable and are part of a Software Component, or are checked into a Software Version Control System. |

Items excluded from the target and linkage. Uncheck Include in Target Build in the dialog Project - Options for item - Properties to exclude any file. File and Group Specific Options can be set through the context menu of an item. You can remove entire groups from getting linked. |

Items with options that differ from the options set on the parent level. |
