Set Folders and File Extensions
The dialog Project — Manage — Project Items —
Folders/Extensions allows you to set toolchain folders and
associate file extensions to file types.
File types deliver the necessary information to compilation tools and configuration dialogs. Fine-tune the look & feel, and behavior of specific files with the dialogs listed in section Configuring the Editor.
Separate file extensions with a semicolon (;). Use an asterisk (*) as a placeholder. For example:
- *.c - identifies all file names that have the extension .c.
- *.a* - identifies all file names whose extension starts with an .a.
The file type can be set individually for each item in the field File Type of the dialog Properties.

Note
- These settings are valid for the entire project.
