File and Group Attributes

Attributes of files and groups are visualized through icons visible in the window Project. Attributes are valid within the context of the currently active target. The same item can have other attributes, and thus another icon, in a different target. The list below explains the meaning of the icons:

	These files are translated and linked.
	These files are excluded from the linkage. This is typical for documents and text files. Deselect Include in Target Build in the dialog Project - Options for item - Properties to exclude any file. File and Group Specific Options can be set through the item's Context Menu.
	These files are read-only. This icon is common for files that are checked into a Software Version Control System.
	These files, marked with three red dots, have specific options that differ from the options set on group level.
	These groups, marked with three red dots, have specific options that differ from the options set on target level.
