Luminary LM3Sx Devices

Luminary Stellaris® LM3Sx devices support all standard CoreSight features. ETM trace is not included. No additional target resources are needed for debugging. By default, LM3Sx devices debug in JTAG mode, and can be switched to Serial Wire mode. LM3Sx devices offer ITM and DWT trace data.

To use the CoreSight trace functionalities, the debugger adapter, µVision, and the target system have to be configured:
