The ULINK drivers are installed when you install the Keil Evaluation or Licensed tools.
The first time you connect ULINK, your PC should detect the new hardware (ULINK) and should select the Keil ULINK driver automatically. Subsequent connections to ULINK will not require driver installation.
The Keil drivers have been thoroughly tested with Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows XP SP2. If you have difficulties getting the ULINK driver to install, please contact our technical support department.
