LPT Port Wiggler

The LPT interface is mainly used for Evaluation Boards. It requires a special LPT/OCDS Interface (Wiggler) on the target hardware.

The LPT/OCDS Interface is available on many Infineon Evaluation Boards. It works on most Windows computers. If you experience any difficulties please consult the following.

If you are unable to connect to your target system using an LPT cable...

• Check the status of the KEIL_LPT Driver, which is listed under Start — Programs — Accessories — System Tools — System Information. It must be in Running state.
• The Infineon XC16xBoard connects via a standard LPT cable. The maximum cable length may not exceed 6 feet (2 meters).
