Hardware Requirements

To use the MCBXC866 or the MCBXC88x Evaluation Kit, you need:

• The MCBXC866 or MCBXC88x Evaluation Board.
• An IBM-compatible PC with an available USB port for ULINK USB-JTAG downloading and debugging.
• A 7V - 9V DC, 150mA power supply (MCBXC866 board only).

Note

• The MCBXC886 board uses power from the PC via USB cable.

To run the Keil debugger using JTAG emulation, you need:

• A ULINK USB-JTAG Adapter.
• A USB serial cable, 1-2 meters long.
