You may use either of the following tools to download programs to the Flash memory of the MCBXC167 evaluation board:
- The Keil ULINK USB-JTAG Adapter connects the USB port of your PC to the JTAG port of the MCBXC167. It supports Flash programming, emulation, and debug capabilities.
- The Infineon Memtool Flash Download Utility connects the COM port of your PC to the serial port (UART) of the MCBX167 board. It may be used only for programming Flash via the ISP Flash Interface.
