Debugging PLL_DEMO

Debug the PLL_DEMO example program following this procedure. The debugged program is ready for the output check.

Configure the DIP Switches Before Starting PLL_DEMO on MCBXC167

Before you can start the PLL_DEMO application on the target hardware, you must configure the DIP Switch settings on the MCBXC167 board. Refer to Set DIP Switches for PLL_DEMO.

Start Debug

Start/Stop Debug Button Use the Start/Stop Debug Session toolbar button or the µVision command Debug - Start/Stop Debug Session to connect the debugger to the Keil ULINK Adapter. For details on the debugging features, refer to the µVision User's Guide.

Note

  • Debugging the PLL_DEMO program using the µVision debugger requires a ULINK USB-JTAG adapter.

The Peripherals Menu allows you to open different dialogs for Peripheral units on the Infineon XC167 device. You may view and/or change the state and configuration of on-chip peripherals using these dialogs. For example:
