The MCBXC167 Board ships with a CD-ROM that contains the Evaluation Version of the C166 Development Tools. The C166 package includes:
- Powerful and easy-to-use µVision IDE that includes editor, project management, and make capability.
- Efficient C166 Compiler and Macro Assembler.
- µVision Debugger with complete CPU, peripheral simulation, and driver for the Keil ULINK USB-OCDS (JTAG) Adapter.
- Extensive tutorials and documentation.
The restrictions for the Keil C166 Development Tools Evaluation Version are:
- You may not use the Evaluation Version of the µVision IDE/Debugger to create commercial products.
- The C166 compiler, assembler, and linker are limited to 4K Bytes of object code. Source code may be of any size.
- Programs that generate more than 4K Bytes of object code will not compile, assemble, or link.
- The debugger supports programs that are 8K Bytes or smaller.
- You cannot use the Evaluation Version to create commercial products.
