RAM
The MCBx51 maps three memory devices into the address space of the microcontroller:
- the EPROM (IC13)
- the RAM (IC14)
- the RAM (IC15)
The 20V8 PAL (IC12) provides the chip select signal for the external UART (IC5) and a user chip select signal.
