External EEPROM and F-RAM
The MCBTMS570 board contains an Ramtron FM25CL64-G 64K-bit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) bus F-RAM located at IC37, and an Catalyst 16K-bit SPI CMOS EEPROM at loaction IC36.
Note
- The EEPROM (IC36) and F-RAM (IC37) are located on the IO board, beneath the MCU board.
