Power Supply
Power may be supplied to the MCBTMPM395 Board from your PC using a standard USB connector, or from an external 1.7 - 3.6VDC power adapter via the coaxial connector at J1. The PWR jumper must be positioned in the USB position to power the board from a PC, or the JACK position to power the board from an external power adapter.
The Power LED illuminates when 3.3 VDC is present on the board.
The voltage regulator (IC2) regulates the 5 VDC PC power from the USB connector to 3.3 Volts DC.

Caution: Using a power supply with the wrong polarity will damage the board. |
The connection uses a standard 5.5mm barrel plug with a 2.5mm inner diameter. The center conductor provides positive voltage.
