The ST Microelectronics STR710FZ2 microcontroller provided with the MCBSTR7 board (D1) is a high-end STR7 device with on-chip USB and CAN.
A 16.0 MHz oscillator provides the clock signal for the CPU. An additional 48.0 MHz oscillator provides the clock for the on-chip USB controller.
