Schematics

The MCBSTM32F200 Evaluation Board consists of a Display Board mounted to the Base Board. Detailed schematics for V1.1 Base Board, V1.2 Base Board and Display Board are available in large format at the MCBSTM32F200 Evaluation Board information section of the Keil web site.

The V1.1 board uses an ST802RT1 external Ethernet PHY at IC10 and the silk screen printing is incorrect for J13/J14. See the Note on J13 and J14 in Jumper Descriptions.

Version 1.2 of the board uses a Micrel KSZ8081RNA external Ethernet PHY at IC10 and labels the J13/J14 jumpers properly.

For MDK V5 installations, if you have installed the Keil::STM32F2xx or Keil::STM32F4xx Device Family Pack, you can view the MCBSTM32F200/MCBSTM32F400 schematic PDF installed on your PC. Open an MCBSTM32F200 or MCBSTM32F400 example project, such as Blinky, click the Books tab in the Project Window, then click the MCBSTM32F200 Schematics (MCBSTMF200) or the MCBSTM32F400 Schematics (MCBSTM32F400) in the Board Data Books section.

MCBSTM32F200 Display Board Schematics

Note:

This schematic applies to both AM240320LD and AM240320LG board versions. The ...LG version uses a Himax HX8347-D LCD controller which is not software compatible with the previous OriseTech SPFD5408, Raydium RM68050 and Ilitek ILI9320. The SPI signal SDO (coming from the LCD to the microcontroller) is harmless and not used at all.
