µVision supports Flash programming for the NXP 95x devices using the On-Chip Instrumentation (OCI), which is configured in Flash Download Options.
The µVision menu bar contains the Flash Programming buttons:
Flash - Download loads the current µVision project to the target system based on the settings found in the Options for Target — Utilities dialog.
Flash - Erase erases complete or part of the Flash memory based on the settings found in the Options for Target — Utilities dialog.
