When the DOWNLOAD build is built, you may download the HEX file to the on-chip Flash ROM of the P89LPC935 or P89LPC932 device on the MCB900 Evaluation Board.
To setup the MCB900 board:
- Connect the COM1 connector on the MCB900 board to an unused COM port on the PC using a standard 9-pin serial cable.
- Configure the Jumper Settings for FlashMagic: RUN - OFF, RESET - ON.
- Connect the MCB900 Board to a power supply (5V-9VDC, 300mA, minimum).
You have two alternatives for Flash programming:
- Use the Flash Magic Dialog Mode, or
Use The downloaded program is ready for debugging.
