The POWER LED indicates that power is present on the
board.
LEDs 2.16-2.23 connect to their respective port pins
when jumper LED is installed. These LEDs are useful for indicating
program status while testing your applications. Removing Jumper LED
disables the LED driver chip (IC12).
The USC LED indicates a USB soft connect from
P1.24.
