The ADC Input potentiometer on the MCB2470 board connect to Port 0.25 (AD0.2) when enabled by the jumpers at the J11 jumper block.
Jumpering pins 1 and 2 of J11 supplies VREF voltage to the ADC Input potentiometer.
Jumpering pins 3 and 4 of J11 connects the analog voltage from the ADC Input potentiometer to Port 0, pin 25 (AD0.2).
The Volume potentiometer controls the DAC output from P0.26 (AOUT) to the LM386M-1 audio power amplifier.
