The MCB2470 Evaluation Board may be powered by mini-USB cable or from an external 9-15VDC, 120 millamp power supply.
The MCB2470 Evaluation Board connects directly to the Keil µVision Debugger using the Keil ULINK USB-JTAG Adapter, so no additional software is required on the board.
The MCB2470 Evaluation Board connects to a PC via a standard mini-USB cable to provide power.
