Configuring the MCB2140

The MCB2140 Evaluation Board is configured using the jumpers J1 - J15. The MCB2140 Board ships with the following configuration:

J14 - USB (D+)ONConnects USB Line D+ to the USB connector.
J15 - VR Vbus Signal  ONConnects 5V USB supply voltage to the Vbus pin (P0.23).

Configuring for the ULINK USB-JTAG Adapter

The default jumper settings (above) on the MCB2140 board are pre-configured for the ULINK USB-JTAG adapter.

Configuring for Serial ISP Flash Programming

For programming the MCB2140 using the Flash Magic Utility, change the following jumper from the above default settings:

  • Jumper J9 - OFF
