Connecting with Serial ISP

To connect the MCB2100 Evaluation Board for serial programming, you must:

• Configure the jumpers for Flash Magic:
  • J1 & J10 — ON
  • J8 & J9 — OFF
• Connect power to the MCB2100 Board using a 6V - 9V DC, 150mA power supply.
• Connect a 9-pin serial cable from a COM port on your PC to the COM0 connector on the MCB2100 Board.
• Verify the COM Connection using Flash Magic.
