Downloading with the Flash Magic utility requires the following steps to download code to the LPC2129's on-chip Flash ROM.
To configure the MCB2100 Evaluation Board for Flash programming, select and start Programs — Flash Magic — Flash Magic.
Select COM 1 for the COM Port, specify 9600 as the Baud Rate, and select either the LPC2129 as the Device depending on the board you have.
Enable Erase blocks used by Hex File.
Select the Hex File, for example: C:\KEIL\ARM\BOARDS\KEIL\MCB2100\BLINKY\BLINKY.HEX.
In the Options — Advanced Options dialog, select the Hardware Config tab, then check the Use DTR and RTS to control RST and P0.14 check box.Click Start to download the Hex File into the Flash ROM of the LPC2129.
In case of errors, check the COM connection and jumper settings

- J8 & J9 — OFF
