External Memory
In addition to the Flash and RAM internal to the LPC1850 (or LPC4350) MCU, the MCB1800/4300 board contains the following external memory:
- 16 MB External SDRAM (IC10) connected to the 32-bit bus.
- 16 MB External NOR Flash (IC8 and IC9, 8Mbytes each) connected to the 32-bit bus.
- 4 MB External Quad SPI Flash (IC11) connected to the SPIFI interface.

The table below identifies the chip select, pin and address area for the external memory devices on the MCB1800 board.
