Licensing ErrorsFlex-Floating License
A Flex License allows using a Keil software product by multiple users on multiple computers. Flex Licenses are available for some Keil products.
A Flex-Floating License overrides all other licensing methods. For example, you have installed a Single-User MDK-ARM Professional License and you install also a Flex-Floating MDK-ARM Standard License, then the MDK-ARM Professional License gets disabled and the MDK-ARM Standard License enabled.
Flex Licenses require a host server that provides the license credentials. The system administrator has to provide the URL prior to using the product.

Once you have installed a Flex License on a workstation you may Check out and check in licenses for an extended period.
