Creating a Library
The CREATE command creates a new, empty library file. This command has the following format:
CREATE libfile
Where
| libfile | is the name of the library file to create and should include a file extension. Usually, .LIB is the extension used for library files. |
For example:
LIB51 CREATE MYFILE.LIB * CREATE FASTMATH.LIB
