NOCOMMENTS Linker Directive

| Default | Comments from the input files are included in the map file and output file. |
| µVision | Options — L166 Misc — Misc Controls. |
| Description | The NOCOMMENTS directive excludes comment records (from the input files) from the listing file and output object file. Comment records are added to object modules by the assembler and compiler for identification purposes. To exclude comment information from the listing file only you must use the PRINTCONTROLS directive. |
