Up to 4 devices can be connected concurrently through the USB interface. The adapter identification numbers are displayed in the Serial No drop-down list of the JLINK USB - JTAG/SW Adapter section.

Click Scan whenever a new J-Link/J-Trace adapter has been connected.

State: shows the scan and connect progress.

TCP/IP Network Settings

TCP/IP offers LAN connection possibilities. Connect to a J-Link Pro, which has an Ethernet connector, or to the Segger TCP/IP Server, which offers Ethernet support for a J-Link that is connected via USB.

USB - Interface

When TCP/IP is selected, the driver does not scan for an IP address automatically. Enter the adapter's IP address manually, and click Connect.  If the Port number is zero, the driver connects to the standard J-Link port.

Ping is enabled when TCP/IP is selected. Click this button to ping the IP-Address. The result is shown in an extra window.

Click Autodetect to display a list of available J-Link adapters. Double-click a line in that list to enable the adapter.
