Configure Flash Tool

To configure the Flash Programming utility:

1. Use the Flash — Configure Flash Tools menu. As an alternative, use the Project - Options for Target menu to open the identical dialog.
2. Click on the tab Utilities.

   

3. Enable Use Target Driver for Flash Programming.
4. Select the target driver:
   • ULINK ARM Debugger - for ARM7 and ARM9 devices.
   • ULINK Cortex Debugger - for Cortex-M devices.
5. Enable Update Target before Debugging to download the application to target each time the debugger is started.
6. Click the button Settings to Configure ULINK for Flash Download.
