| Description | The MODP2 directive instructs the compiler to produce code for the additional hardware components (specifically, the additional data pointers) available in several Atmel and Philips compatible derivatives. Using additional data pointers improves the performance of the memcpy, memmove, memcmp, strcpy, and strcmp library routines. | |
