Some errors include an exception that provides more information
about the exact nature of the error. These exceptions are generated
by the operating system and indicate a failure at that level.

The specified path or filename is missing.

Illegal File Access
An attempt was made to delete or write to a write-protected
file.
0029h
Access to File Denied
The specified file is a directory.
002Ah
I/O Error
The drive is either full or the drive was not ready.
0101h
Illegal Context
An attempt was made to access a file in an illegal context. This
happens if you try to read from LPT1 or delete COM1.
