The C166 Compiler provides a number of include files that contain sfr and sbit definitions for the special function registers of various C16x/ST10/XC16x devices. These files are found in the \KEIL\C166\INC folder and subfolders.
Typically, SFR definition files begin with the prefix reg. For example, the SFR definitions for the Infineon C163 device are defined in reg163.h.
