NAME (modulename)

The modulename of the first input module.

Options — BL51 Misc — Misc Controls.

The NAME directive defines the modulename for the output file. If no modulename is specified with the NAME directive, the name of the first input module is used.

Note

• The modulename specified with the NAME directive is not the filename of the absolute object module — that is specified on the command line. The modulename is stored in the absolute object module. It may be accesses by a program that reads the contents of that file.

BL51 myfile.obj NAME (SAMPLE_PROGRAM)

This example specifies a module name of SAMPLE_PROGRAM which is stored in the generated absolute object module.
