Creating Static Software Libraries with armar

Instructs the librarian not to replace existing files with
like-named files when performing extractions. This option is useful
when -T is also used to prevent truncated filenames
from replacing files with the same prefix.
An error message is displayed if the file to be extracted already exists in the current location.
