A.3.19. `SYS_TICKFREQ (0x31)`

Returns the tick frequency.

Entry

Register r1 must contain 0 on entry to this routine.

Return

On exit, r0 contains either:

the number of ticks per second
–1 if the target does not know the value of one tick. RealView ICE does not support this SVC and always return –1 in r0.
