You can specify command line options by setting the value
of the ARMCC environment variable.
The syntax is identical to the command line syntax. The assembler
reads the value of n_ASMOPTARMCC and
inserts it at the front of the command string. This means that options
specified in n_ASMOPTARMCC can
be overridden by arguments on the command line.n_ASMOPT
