NOT Assembler Operator

Arguments	NOT operand
Description	The bitwise NOT operator performs a bitwise complement on the specified operand. All bits that were set are cleared and all cleared bits are set.

Example	MOV R1, #NOT 0FF12h ; R1 = 00EDh
