C166: AMAKE BUILDS FOREVER

SYMPTOMS
I am using AMAKE that I received with the evaluation version of µVision. When run AMAKE, it builds my files over and over again and I gave up waiting for it to finish after 12 builds. My files build fine with the AMAKE from version 3.12 of the tools.
CAUSE
AMAKE is not compatible with the new version 4 tools, and was included with the evaluation version by mistake.
RESOLUTION
AMAKE is no longer produced and will not be included in future distributions of the C166 tools. You can either use µVision and create a project, or write a batch file to call the tools from a DOS box.
