µVISION DEBUGGER: AUTOMATICALLY LOADING AN INCLUDE FILE

QUESTION

How can I automatically load an include file when starting a debug session using µVision?

ANSWER

1. Enter the Load command and any other commands you require into a new file and save it with the extension .ini.
2. Choose Options for Target from the Project menu and click on the Debug tab.
3. Click on the Browse button next to the Initialization File box and choose the .ini file.
4. Click on OK.

When you next start the debugger, the commands in the .ini file will be executed automatically.
