QUESTION

Why do I get #pragma--line unknown control when I try to update my uV51 project?

ANSWER

There are a number of things that can cause this error message.

1. Check to see if you have a dash in the path to your source files. If there is a dash in the path or filename, remove it.
2. In Windows95 and Windows NT, long path names cause this problem. If you have a directory or filename with more than 8.3 characters, you must rename the file to conform to the MS-DOS path/file specifications.
