- 2K-limited 251 C Compiler
- 2K-limited 251 Macro Assembler
- 251 Monitor
- dScope Simulator/Debugger
The MCB251 evaluation board supports all modes of the 251 and lets you get started right away. Some features of the hardware include: - Easy configuration via on-board DIP switches
- External UART (16450) for debugging (this lets you create applications that use the on-chip serial port)
- Supports 8051 microcontrollers (this is done to allow same-hardware speed comparisons)
- Provides prototyping area and full 251 bus connections
- Includes multiple memory-maps via DIP switches
- Address decode performed by PALs (equations are provided)
- 9 Volt AC or DC any polarity power connection (wall transformer is included)
- Includes DB9 serial connectors for on-chip serial port and external UART and a 9-pin to 9-pin cable to connect with your PC for debugging
