µVISION: Web Error Error Code 9445
Information in this knowledgebase article applies to:
You are met with error code 9445.
"A problem was encountered with your Floating License Code. Please contact Technical Support and report code 9445 for assistance with your installation. They will work quickly to help you obtain the proper license code for your product."
Your FLF file may have been moved, which is not allowed.
Alternatively, if you are using a virtual server, you may encounter this error.
Lastly you may have either recreated an FLF or restored it from a backup, which may cause this issue.
If the original FLF is available, return it to its original location. If not, contact Technical Support.
Be sure not to move the file or its enclosing folder.
Do not use a virtual server. Do not recreate the FLF.
