LICENSE: Web Error Code 9445 When Installing a License


Information in this knowledgebase article applies to:

  • Any Keil product registered with a Keil Floating License

QUESTION

When following these steps for license registration of a Keil floating license file product, the Keil webpage gives the following error message:

Problems were detected with the information submitted. Please correct these issues and re-submit the form.

  • A problem was encountered with your Floating License Code. Please contact Technical Support and report code 9445 for assistance with your installation. They will work quickly to help you obtain the proper license code for your product.

What is the reason and how can I fix this error?

ANSWER

There obviously have been performed any changes to the server with the FLF-File.

Solution:

Contact the Keil Support Team, provide the corresponding Product Serial number (PSN) or the FLF-File, and ask to trigger a new PSN (free of charge), required to start a new installation with a creation of a new FLF-File.

Note:

  • the former FLF-File has to be removed before creating a new one.
  • all users have to register again.
