QUESTION

I have installed a MDK version 5.2x and then I activated the Evaluation License of the MDK-Professional Edition. The activation worked as expected but as soon as I try to build my project, I get the following compiler error message:

Feature:       mdk_pro_eval_armcompiler
License path:  x;c:\program files\arm\licenses\license.dat;

Check that your license details are correct in the License Management dialog of MDK. Additional information is available at:

Unfortunately, the 7 day MDK pro evaluation does not work with i.e. the ARM compiler versions ARMCC 5.0.6u5 and ARMCLANG 6.7.

RESOLUTION

Contact Sales or your distributor to obtain a 30-day MDK Professional trial license.
