ARM: "Bad Request" error from the support website


SYMPTOM

When I try to log into the support website, silver.arm.com, to view my case, my login fails, and when I attempt to reset my password, I receive an error message, "Bad Request". Chrome users may see the login page simply refresh.

CAUSE

Some updates to our website are incompatible with older versions of pages that may still reside in your browser's cache.

RESOLUTION

Please clear your browser's web page and cookie cache, then try the password reset again.
