ARMCC: Backslash '\' at path omitted with ARM Compiler V6.5 selectedInformation in this knowledgebase article applies to:
SYMPTOMI am struggling with ARM Compiler V6.5. It seems that the compiler has problems with the ‘backslash’ character in paths, i.e. a blackslash is omitted. I see error messages like: ArmClang.exe: error: no such file or directory: '......Source.c' The problem does not appear with i.e. ARM Compiler V6.4. CAUSEShortly after releasing MDK5.20, the command line generation for ArmClang has been changed so that back slashes are converted to forward slashes. RESOLUTIONJust update your MDK-ARM installation to MDK-ARM V5.21 or later. MORE INFORMATION
